Cloud leaped up into a tree, it was time for him to show Lumiere that he did have dominance. He was even going to use her to prove that. "Everyone meet me here!" Cloud called out. Sinking his claws into the tree he smiled, knowing this was only step one to his life plan. WolfClan was nothing more than a stepping stone that would one day be crushed under the might of Cloud. "Lumiere." He mewed once everyone had gathered. "It is time that you prove you are a worthy Second In Command. Koori, step forward." Once Koori had come forward, Cloud spoke again. "You two will fight until one is no longer able to fight. If Koori is to defeat Lumiere, Koori will replace her as second in command and Lumiere will be exiled from the clan. If Koori is to loose, she must go and attack the Medicinecats the next time they go to share togues with AshClan on half moon." Cloud smiled, knowing that the stakes were high for both of them. If Koori wounded any Medicinecats the clans would seek her out for sure. "Now fight or leave the clan."
(The posting order will be Koori and then Lumiere. Anyone else is welcome to post their character's thoughts anytime as long as they don't interrupt the fight.)

Koori's legs were shaking and she crawled forward. Her ears lay to her skull "B-But Cloud I don't wish to be second in command .." she sighed and then looked over at Lumiere and sighed "But to prove her, I will fight to my death if that's what it comes to" she said and slid her claws out as she narrowed her yellow eyes and looked at her "Come at me kitty" she hissed and then backed up growling.

Lumiere was silent, tail twitching. Well played, Cloud. Well played. But this was but a checkmate in her little game of chess, a game she never lost. The feline across her pleaded with the leader, causing Lumiere to smirk. However, to her surprise and, she had to admit, it impressed her, Koori threatened her with a hiss. None of these cats knew her history with fighting- she had been undoubtedly one of the best in her league. She glanced at Koori dismissively. No, you will come to me.

Seeing she wasn't gonna move, the she-cat sighed and then charged forward lowering her head trying to use a sneak attack on the she-cat. She crouched down and then pounced up to try and land on the she-cats back, she was gonna try and go for a blinding eye claw. That was her first move that she always started with.

(Apologies in advance if I powerplay and don't catch it. It isn't intentional and you can disregard it. I don't intend for Lumiere to walk out of this fight with more than a few scratches, if that's okay.)
Unfortunately, Lumiere had seen Koori fight before during practice sparring, and at this point there was kind of a pattern to every feline in the clan's moves. Haven't they ever heard of dicing it up a little? Agilely, Lumiere rolled on a shoulder away from Koori, grunting to herself as a claw flailed past her side, raking it. She could feel the blood welling where the wound had been inflicted. Strike one. Instantly, she rolled back toward Koori, instead underneath her, kicking up her back legs in hopes of thrusting her away and digging her back claws deep into her belly fur.

When she rolled away, the she-cat landed hard on her paws and hung her head down looking at the she-cat while turning her body. But by then she had been tossed in the air, with a loud wail the she-cat landed on her side and soon her charcoal belly was dripping with crimson blood. Whimpering, the she-cat stood shaking horribly. The she-cat hissed and charged forward raising her paws to claw her face.

Cloud sat in his tree, watching intently as the fight went on, giving a smile when the first drops of blood came. It was pretty well known that Lumiere was going to win, and it would not be long before Koori would be laying there almost dead. Then Koori would heal and then she would be forced to attack the Medicinecats on a half moon which would definitely get the clans scared, they wouldn't even know Wolfclan did it since Koori wasn't the leader or second in command.

Lumiere took the hits from Koori in silence, though she could not deny the pain that came about from her claws grazing her face. Well done, Koori. But I'm just getting started. Tail lashing, Lumiere bounded past her opponent, raking her claws into the side of her flank and by the time she reached her tail, firmly grasping it in her jaws. She bit down, as hard as she could, hoping to hear a cracking noise, all the while kicking her feet up to perhaps inflict further damage onto the feline. You don't deserve this.

Screeching in pain, the warrior winced and then flung at her with her tail in the mouth of Lumiere. Crying in pain, she clawed at her face "Let go of me you fox-dung!" she screeched in pain and then narrowed her eyes "I will tear your eyes out!" she hissed.

Lumiere remained noiseless. That was how she preferred to be. She tried her hardest to ignore the bitter, searing pain in her face as Koori scratched wildly at it. She could feel a claw stuck in her ears- that was going to leave a noticeable mark. The second in command winced as her ear was torn.
"As you wish," she murmured, releasing the tail of the council member and leaping at her. I'm totally powerplaying now sorry Maddi Ily I just wanna finish this. She delivered a swift kick to her ribcage, grimacing in satisfaction at the crack in response. Instantly, Lumiere took the opportunity to knock her over and sink her front claws into the soft part of her stomach, raking vigorously, and sinking her jaws into Koori's neck. She was careful not to hit an artery- no, that would kill her, and she didn't want that, but enough to leave an everlasting impression.
Stepping off of Koori and stepping backwards, Lumiere looked at the she-cat and, for a moment, appeared merciful. "You're finished," she stated, coldly, and threw her head over her shoulder to look at Cloud. "As am I." She began stalking away, seating herself near a large stone.
"I will accompany Koori in the assault of the medicine cats. That is not a task she should complete alone."

Cloud narrowed his eyes at Lumiere as she finished off the cat, clearly in a hurry. Lumiere soon assigned herself onto a mission, something Cloud didn't like very much. "Very well." Cloud mewed. "However, if you wish to do that, you must first take Koori to HollyClan and have her healed there, they won't turn her away. I also want you to scope out weaknesses in their territory and camp... for... you know." Little did the cats know that dominance wasn't the only reason Cloud did this, he also wanted to get a spy into the HollyClan camp. "You are to use their Medicinecat, then betray them. Lumiere, you must not look like yourself during the assault in a few quarter moons. You must roll in mud before it takes place." He gave her his evil smile.

Screaming in agony, the charcoal she-cat cried and landed hard on her side. She heard her rib-cage crack and instantly winced in pain. Sighing, the warrior whimpered knowing she had been defeated. Then she felt claws sink into her stomach. She winced and tried to make swats at the white warrior but failed miserably. Whining as she was grabbed by the neck. Hell! Shes going to kill me! she thought and whined.
Then the she-cat let go and she fell on her side and whimpered. She lay there in pain as blood pooled around her. She looked up at Cloud with sad eyes, her yellow eyes closing and she shuddered in pain. It was the end, she wasn't sure she would make it. She had to try though. "Cloud .. this was a bad idea.." she mewled before falling unconscious.

"My tail end if you think I'm going to be rolling in mud during our raid," Lumiere spat, calmly. What was Cloud's angle? To spite her?
"Dismiss yourself, Cloud. Before I do it for you." Lumiere stepped forward, planting herself firmly between Cloud and Koori. She looked over her shoulder at the wounded feline; Koori would be in a lot of pain, but she would be alright, for the most-part. Lumiere had made sure of that. Tail lashing, she narrowed her eyes at Cloud. He was a disgrace in her eyes, yet she continued to serve him. Why?
"Come, then, Koori." She grabbed onto Koori's scruff, helping her to her paws and working as a crutch for the cat. HollyClan wasn't too far off; they would seek shelter there. Lumiere's fur was stained a pinkish crimson, though it was the least of her concerns.

When I was lifted, I groaned in pain and shook my head as I leaned weakly on the she-cat. "D-don't help me attack the medicine cats Lumiere .. it is my job, I took on the challenge, now I must do this punishment myself .. no matter if it means me possibly dying" I whispered as I looked down at my claws, one was fully broken off which made me curse under my breathe. Sighing, I shook my head "I don't know that I can take a trip to Hollyclan. I'm badly injured and I think one of my paws broke .." I explained looking at her with scared eyes.
"Why .. why did he make us do this .. didn't he know, I could die .. were already small and can't risk losing warriors" I mewled.
